We asked Lee to inspect our roof due to a water leak. In addition to providing a quotation he was able to carry out a temporary repair at the time of his initial inspection to prevent further damage. Lee identified that due to its age, our roof was in need of partial re-tiling, new lead flashing, and some roof timbers had water damage.
Lee helped us to keep costs to a minimum by recommending a repair rather than total replacement of the roof.
Our property is located in a conservation area therefore any repairs legally have to be made in line with the original features of the house. Lee arranged for the work to be carried out to a high standard, replicating the original decorative leading and sourcing new slates that were a sympathetic match to the originals. We were particularly pleased to be able to maintain the character of the bay window roof, which is a complicated 3 sided turret at the front of the property. Lee carried out the work quickly and professionally, with no disturbance to our terrace neighbours and left the job clean and tidy.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Lee's work on my Grade 2 listed barn roof which, had deteriorated over the years from moss...
It now looks fantastic!
